Guilds

The way of the warrior can take you down the path of a Gladiator or a Great Knight using perfected skills in the art of battle. Strength is the warriors main focus combined with a selection of swords, axes and heavy armor. Warriors are taught "Smash" which they can use outside of battle to uncover hidden objects in barrels, rocks and other objects throughout the world.

Learning the way of the mage takes much discipline and focus. Like the clerics, they prioritize mana when it comes to conflicts as they will be learning magical formulas to conjure up elemental powers. Fire is the first spell learned by the mage which you can use outside of battle to uncover hidden objects inside of bushes and many other places throughout your adventure. They will also be able to brew potions within the guilds with ingredients found on your travels.

If you have the desire to learn healing, enhancement and holy magic then the Clerics Guild welcomes you with open arms. You will need deep devotion and the patience of a saint to become a cleric. If you don't want to become a mage or a warrior and would rather have a balance of strength and magic, Paladin skills are also taught within the guilds. They wield staffs, swords and maces for the most part but can use more weapon types than any other class. Clerics can also walk across certain water tiles to acquire cleric specific items.

If sneaking and stealth are qualities that appeal to you then join the ranks of thievery. The quick, light armored thieves can sneak into windows as well as search desks and wardrobes to gain items! They very rarely choose the lawful path as they normally live in solitude thus leading to a life of running from the guards and let it be known, stealing is a crime which is punishable so watch out around guards when holding certain stolen items. Their weapons of choice are usually daggers, short swords and ranged weapons and they can also learn sparse attack and enhancement magic.
